Acton Fixer Homes


Acton real estate offers some great deals in “fixers”. These are homes or condos that need some TLC, cosmetic work such as paint and carpet, or sometimes major rehab work. These Acton fixer upper properties can be found in regular home sales, real estate foreclosures or REOs, or short sales. Sometimes these real estate fixers are called handyman specials.
